I've lived in many other cities but in Sussex for 13 years and of all the housing I have been a tenant in I have never felt more fairly treated and at ease. It is a clean and friendly place to reside and the people of BASE ONE are respectful and care. We have privacy and a hassle free environment compared to other places.

I feel part of a family here and with friends and live with a new feeling of self worth and less worried about my life. BASE ONE's drive is to let us become self reliant but to live by rules so we mutually benefit

Being a BASE ONE tenant has changed my outlook on life. The extensive support the guys offer makes me feel safe and given me a new sense of worth. I have lived with other housing providers who just stop at providing a roof, BASE ONE actually care about my mental heath and rehabilitation

If it wasn't down to Karl, Sophie, Paul and the council I wouldn't be where I am now. I would probably be gone I wouldn't be here at all. So I wanna say I'm so grateful to these lovely people who have helped me at BASE ONE.

BASE ONE goes above and beyond. I was placed in temporary accommodation with BASE ONE, and from day one, the level of support and care has been phenomenal. Before I had even collected the keys, I received a phone call asking if there was anything I needed. The next day, I met with some of the team and got brand new cutlery, pots and pans, bedding, duvets and pillows. While chatting, I could tell that they genuinely cared.

I moved away from BASE ONE with my son to a better-suited property. BASE ONE paid for an Uber and also sorted out an iPad for my son. Not long after I moved into independent living, BASE ONE had no obligation to help me and yet went out of their way to sort out a new TV and some other bits. Most importantly they reiterated that I could call any time if I needed a chat. Due to ill health recently, I moved back to BASE ONE, and again, the support and genuine care from all I have met is honestly phenomenal.

BASE ONE have been fantastic from the second I was welcomed into their family. I feel like I have lots of support, and know that at any point I have any issues I can just contact a member of the team and go from there. They worry about the true issues in life we face and help the right people out who want the chance to actually live a decent existence. May BASE ONE long continue and I am saying from the very bottom on my heart, THANKYOU!!!! You’re amazing guys…..

BASE ONE is just the best. They are very prompt in getting property issues addressed and also are the most caring, politest, professional and amazing people you could meet. I can see BASE ONE growing very quickly and I would support anything to help them achieve this, this company is amazing in what it offers. For anyone who needs support and people who actually care, just reach out and a BASE ONE arm will always be there!

Base one is amazin they care so much and really look after you they have saved me in a big way thank you base one keep up the amazin things you all do for people. Everything about BaseOne is amazin, they are so supportive, always there when you need them, they are understanding and always listen, they go above and beyond to help. base one is the best housing i ever been in they go out their way to help you, For me one of the owners have taken on my mental health case talks to the mental health team to arrange things, because of them i have got my niece and nephew back in my life after struggles with subscenes abuse so i forever thankful oh and they help tidy my room in the past lol they have saved my life many times and they wont stop no matter how i push back to them ....... if you ever get allocated to base one just know you will be in the best place ever in your lives.

We’ve been extremely impressed with the service provided by the Base One team. Impact Initiatives provides a range of housing with support to young women in Brighton & Hove and Worthing. We provide safe accommodation and so when we decided to partner with an external service to provide out of hours support, we needed people that we could trust and who we knew were able to deliver a service similar to our own overnight. Base One has been amazing. They are always available and happy to help. They provide an approximate timeline and update if anything changes along the way. They provide a professional response and treat staff and clients with respect at all times. They provide verbal updates, written reports and monthly data for us to monitor trends. We are very happy that we made the switch to Base One.
