BASE ONE Response exists to protect vulnerable individuals and support organisations who house or support them, ensuring safety, stability, and reassurance at every hour of the day and night.
Our purpose is to extend the safeguarding, professionalism, and compassion that define BASE ONE’s daytime operations into the critical out-of-hours period. We recognise that incidents and welfare concerns don’t stop when offices close, and that continuity of support is essential for maintaining trust, safety, and wellbeing across supported and temporary accommodation.
Through our dedicated Night Response Service, our experienced Mobile Support Units patrol key areas across Brighton & Hove, Worthing, Littlehampton, and Bognor, providing on-the-ground assistance whenever it’s needed most. We act as the extended safeguarding presence for housing providers, care organisations, and local authorities, delivering rapid, trauma-informed responses to incidents, welfare checks, and emergencies.
Our purpose is threefold:
Every callout and patrol we undertake reflects BASE ONE’s commitment to professionalism, accountability, and care. With SIA-registered, trauma-informed, and fully vetted staff, we provide flexible, scalable support tailored to each partner’s operational needs, ensuring peace of mind, even after dark.
