Base One Response provides the immediate frontline service that keeps people, properties and communities safe. Operating 24 hours a day, our response teams deliver rapid intervention, welfare checks, lone workers support, emergency attendance, incident management and out-of-hours support across accommodation portfolios, housing services and community settings.

We understand that issues do not only occur during office hours. Whether responding to welfare concerns, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding incidents, property emergencies or urgent support needs, our teams provide a calm, professional and proportionate response.

Our highly visible presence, including marked response vehicles and regular community patrols, provides reassurance to residents, neighbours and stakeholders whilst helping to deter anti-social behaviour, reduce nuisance issues and support safer, more positive neighbourhoods.

Impact Initiatives provides a range of housing with support to young women in Brighton & Hove and Worthing. We provide safe accommodation and so when we decided to partner with an external service to provide out of hours support, we needed people that we could trust and who we knew were able to deliver a service similar to our own overnight. Base One has been amazing. They are always available and happy to help. They provide an approximate timeline and update if anything changes along the way. They provide a professional response and treat staff and clients with respect at all times. They provide verbal updates, written reports and monthly data for us to monitor trends. We are very happy that we made the switch to Base One.

BASE ONE goes above and beyond. I was placed in temporary accommodation with BASE ONE, and from day one, the level of support and care has been phenomenal. Before I had even collected the keys, I received a phone call asking if there was anything I needed. The next day, I met with some of the team and got brand new cutlery, pots and pans, bedding, duvets and pillows. While chatting, I could tell that they genuinely cared.

I moved away from BASE ONE with my son to a better-suited property. BASE ONE paid for an Uber and also sorted out an iPad for my son. Not long after I moved into independent living, BASE ONE had no obligation to help me and yet went out of their way to sort out a new TV and some other bits. Most importantly they reiterated that I could call any time if I needed a chat. Due to ill health recently, I moved back to BASE ONE, and again, the support and genuine care from all I have met is honestly phenomenal.

base one is the best housing i ever been in they go out their way to help you, For me one of the owners have taken on my mental health case talks to the mental health team to arrange things, because of them i have got my niece and nephew back in my life after struggles with subscenes abuse so i forever thankful oh and they help tidy my room in the past lol they have saved my life many times and they wont stop no matter how i push back to them ....... if you ever get allocated to base one just know you will be in the best place ever in your lives.
